SWOT analysis

S

SWOT analysis is a framework used to assess an organization's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It is a technique that is often used for strategic planning, at the beginning of a project, or prior to making a business decision. Strengths and weaknesses tend to focus on items that are internal and within the organization’s control; whereas opportunities and threats tend to be those that are external to the organization.
