Participatory evaluation

P

Participatory evaluation is an approach where the evaluation is organized as a team project. The evaluator and stakeholder groups work together to develop the evaluation plan and conduct the evaluation. There are typically varying degrees of stakeholder participation in any evaluation – some people may by highly involved in every step, while others may be involved for only a short time.
