Outcome

 

The program outcomes are the changes or benefits expected from a program. Outcomes could be improved quality of life, increased social skills, or more job opportunities. In a logic model, a program’s outcomes are the result of its outputs. Outcomes can be short-term, medium-term, or long-term.

Measuring outcomes can tell you if the program being evaluated has achieved its goals.
