SMART is an acronym used to describe goals:

Specific: goal is clearly defined, and the desired outcome is clearly stated.

Measurable: goal can be easily tracked, and the target is clearly understood.

Achievable: goal is realistic and could possibly be met.

Relevant: goal is in alignment with the vision for the organization, project or individual

Time-bound (or timely): a specific end date for achieving the goal.
