RE-AIM

R

RE-AIM is an evaluation framework that can be used for formative or summative evaluation of an intervention, typically a health behaviour intervention. It is an acronym that stands for:

  • Reach

  • Effectiveness

  • Adoption

  • Implementation

  • Maintenance

These five elements are deemed essential for successful programs.
