Network evaluation

N

Network evaluation is a method to assess a network. There are three main areas of focus.

  1. Network connectivity consists of membership (who belongs) and structure (how do members relate to each other).

  2. Network health includes the resources the network needs to sustain itself, the internal systems (infrastructure) the network needs to function, and the network’s capacity to create value.

  3. Network results look at interim outcomes and the long-term goal or intended impact and how the network is moving toward achieving these.
