Long-term outcome

A long-term outcome represents the lasting changes in knowledge, attitudes, skills, and relationships that become noticeable over a considerable period, usually 5-10 years after starting the project or program. These changes are seen in behaviors that reflect the ultimate objectives or goals of the intervention, providing an evaluation of the overall impact achieved through the project or program.
