Fishbowl technique

The fishbowl technique is a method of data collection in which the facilitator orchestrates a question and answer session between different participating social groups. The two different social groups sit in two concentric circle to create a fishbowl - the outside circle asks questions to the inside circle, followed by a debrief. The fishbowl technique can maximize cross-cultural understanding, empathy, and collaboration.
